Elbert County Central Communications handles all 911 calls for Elbert County. In 2008 Central Communications handled over 63,000 calls including both 911 as well as Administrative calls for the agencies that we dispatch. These calls resulted in over 30,000 incidents requiring a response by an emergency agency.

Central Communciations is responsible for dispatching all Emergency Agencies in Elbert County as well as the City of Elberton.
